Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elevenfold Legacy ("Service"), operated by Roman Moroz, Augsburg, Germany (contact: support@elevenfold-legacy.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You also agree to the related policies that form part of these Terms: Privacy Policy, Purchases, Payments and Refund Policy, and Game Rules, Fair Play and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Description of the Service
Elevenfold Legacy is an online football management game with team and squad management, match participation, rankings, in-game economy systems, and optional paid digital features.
The Service is evolving. Features, balancing, and content may be added, modified, or removed over time.
The Service may be released or operated as an early-access, test, or otherwise evolving online service. Features, systems, balances, and availability may change during development without prior notice.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by your local law) and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3) User accounts
You are responsible for accurate account details, account security, and all activity under your account. Account sharing is not allowed.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, or legal requirements.
4) Gameplay and virtual content
Teams, players, rankings, statistics, MP, memberships, vouchers, other virtual currencies/rewards, and other game elements are virtual service components. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and remain part of the Service.
Ownership or access to digital items represents a limited, revocable license to use them within the Service only. Digital items cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Service except where explicitly enabled inside the Service itself.
Game data can change due to normal gameplay, balancing, anti-abuse actions, fixes, or operational corrections.
5) Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must not:
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities,
- use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools,
- create accounts to gain unfair advantage,
- manipulate matches/rankings or abuse systems,
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users,
- interfere with Service stability or security.
Enforcement may include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, and adjustment/removal of affected progress where reasonably necessary.
6) Payments and digital purchases
Paid features are optional, non-transferable, and bound to your account. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example Stripe or Paddle). We do not store full payment card details.
For Paddle orders, Paddle.com acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment collection, receipts, and refund execution. Current public plan and pack pricing is published on the Pricing and Plans page.
Refund timing and payment-related rules are governed by the Purchases, Payments and Refund Policy. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7) Service availability
Elevenfold Legacy is an evolving online service. While we aim to maintain stable operation, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may experience maintenance periods, updates, feature changes, technical issues, temporary outages, provider incidents, or security actions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent preservation of all virtual progress/data in every circumstance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or rebalance the platform.
8) Gameplay changes, balancing, and corrections
Elevenfold Legacy is continuously developed and improved. We may modify gameplay systems including match simulation logic, player attributes and mechanics, economic values and rewards, staff or freelancer effects, rankings, competition structures, or other gameplay systems.
Such changes may affect strategies, player performance, progression speed, or perceived in-game value. These adjustments may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary to maintain long-term fairness, balance, security, and service integrity.
We also reserve the right to correct game data when necessary, including rankings, match results, player statistics, economy values, rewards, payouts, or other affected records if technical errors, exploits, abuse, or unintended gameplay behavior are detected.
9) Account suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through legal controls/support.
Upon deletion, personal data is removed according to applicable law, while certain historical gameplay records (such as match/ranking history) may remain in anonymized form to preserve game integrity.
In this case, your former team may remain visible as abandoned in historical records.
To protect the integrity of the Service, we may issue warnings, apply temporary restrictions, remove unfairly obtained progress or advantages, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Fair Play Guidelines, or applicable law.
In appropriate cases, restrictions may be applied without prior notice if necessary to protect the Service or other users. For security, abuse-prevention, or investigation reasons, specific enforcement details may not always be disclosed.
10) Intellectual property
The Service and its content (software, code, mechanics, design, text, logos, assets) are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by law.
11) Limitation of liability
To the extent legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential damages, interruption losses, or loss of virtual progress may be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and other mandatory statutory liability.
12) Changes to Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms for legal, technical, security, or product reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in the Service where appropriate.
Continued use after effective changes means acceptance of updated Terms.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
